Peak Product Performance is a consultancy providing "Product Leadership as a Service" to startups and high-growth companies looking to establish or scale their product function, as well as teams within mature organizations looking to operate with more agility and customer-centricity.
Peak is dedicated to helping product teams improve the skills and processes needed to deliver more strategic outcomes, collaborate more effectively, and feel more empowered to do their best work.
Our Founder
Peak was founded by Chris Hedge, an accomplished leader with over 20 years' progressive experience in software and eCommerce product management at companies like Adobe / Magento, Dell and SolarWinds. Chris's breadth of experience working on both the platform vendor and merchant side, for B2B, B2C and marketplace businesses, and from startups to global enterprises, gives him deep empathy and unique perspectives on how to satisfy both customer and organizational needs most effectively.
Leadership Philosophy
Chris has over 13 years' experience nurturing customer-centric, strategic product management teams that consistently produce business results and future leaders. He has successfully guided new product managers and seasoned Directors through periods of high growth, challenging acquisitions, and "team turn-arounds." Chris believes that compassionate, transparent and empowering leadership is the key to unlocking the maximum potential in every team member.
